MCCSFA
In accordance with the Maine Community College Board of Trustees, the contractual agreement between the Maine Community College System and the Maine Community College Faculty Association will be negotiated through the Collective Bargaining process.
Contracts usually cover a two year period of time necessitating a bi-annual process of Collective Bargaining where members of the Maine Community College Administration and members of the Maine Community College Faculty Association meet to negotiate details of the work contract.

Workload Agreement
Many aspects of our work is specific to the programs, resources, and culture of our individual campuses. The contract allows for an extension of collecting bargaining to exist within the local Workload Agreement. For many important issues related to our quality of work, this is a vital document. This document can be continually updated as needed and reflects our ability to adapt to changes within our campus community.
Below you will find links to the CURRENT Workload Agreement and the Chair Compensation table.

Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) or Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
At times there is a need to address a contractual issue that requires some "bending of the rules" per se. These are also negotiated through the Union and the Labor Management Agreement.

There are no active MOUs at this point.
