Advising Center: Degree Planning

Taking the time to create a progression plan is an important first step on the road to success!  A progression plan is a semester-by-semester outline of the courses  you need to take to reach completion.  This can include mapping out required program prerequisites for admissions to a desired program, outlining the steps to transfer to a 4-year school, or simply outlining courses to reach credential attainment.

The following are fillable program advising worksheets for students exploring majors or creating unique progression plans.  Students are strongly encouraged to work closely with their advisor or the advising center when mapping out their degree plan.

Complete a Change of Program Form and submit it to the Enrollment Services Center.
